In Shanghai, all releases and merchandise can be bought directly from us (preferred) or from The Red Bookstore (Books and select albums only) at the Shanghai Sculpture Space located at 570 West Huai Hai Road (Click to see on a map).
Ebooks
Ebooks are distributed by Smashwords.com and contain Chinese and English versions of the product. The ebook purchase can be downloaded in any format for any device. After your purchase we will email you a code (within 24 hours) which you will need to type in at the Smashwords website to get your book for free. Additional instructions will be provided upon purchase.
Books (Where applicable)
The book package is the ultimate product. Mostly in limited, quantities, the books are usually hand packaged/ stamped/ numbered within a uniquely designed package. Within the package, DVD(s) may contain additional information, photos, versions, behind-the-scenes, original resolution audio, and more! This is definitely the collector’s choice.
Subscriptions (Where applicable)
Subscriptions are for 1 year and guarantee your copy of the book or ebook every two months (6 issues/ year) delivered right to your door or inbox. Subscriptions can be for Books and Ebooks.
If you subscribe to an ebook we will send you a coupon for the Smashwords site that allows you to download your ebook for free.
Bivouac. Live. DVD
Bivouac. Live. Albums include a DVD with the original resolution audio and a printed insert. The DVD may also contain additional photos, songs, videos, and more.
Payment
Payment for products will be made through Paypal with any credit card.
Future payment methods may be used when available (Alipay).
Shipping
All items will be shipped in sturdy packaging and should arrive in excellent condition.
All packages will be shipped from Shanghai, China via Mail (China) or Air Mail (International) at buyers expense. Shipping will be calculated during purchase.
Returns
Books will only be exchanged for the same book after the original book is returned. Ebooks may not be returned or refunded.
